The Charlotte-DeSoto Building Industry Association invites you to our annual Installation Banquet & Awards Celebration on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at Visani Restaurant & Theater in Port Charlotte. The evening will celebrate the accomplishments of association members, recognize its Partners in Progress, and officially install the 2027 Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

The highlight of the evening will be the installation of Jennifer Cirella as CDBIA’s 2027 President, marking the beginning of a new year of leadership and service to the building industry and the communities of Charlotte and DeSoto counties.

Under the theme Learn. Build. Lead., the banquet will bring together builders, contractors, industry professionals and business partners to celebrate the people and organizations who help strengthen the local building industry.

“This evening is about recognizing the people who make our association strong,” said CDBIA leadership. “Our members contribute their time, talent and expertise not only to their businesses, but also to the future of our industry and our community. The Installation Banquet gives us an opportunity to celebrate those contributions while welcoming the leaders who will help guide CDBIA into 2027.”

An Evening of Recognition and Connection

The event will begin with open networking at 5 p.m., followed by member recognition and the installation ceremony from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Guests will enjoy a full dinner, with a choice of Eggplant Parmesan, Chicken Ala Vodka with angel hair, or gluten-free steak tips marsala with rice and vegetables.

Tickets are $75 per person and include admission and dinner.

Sponsorship Opportunities Available

Businesses are invited to support the celebration through special evening sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorships offer opportunities for company visibility, recognition and engagement with CDBIA members and industry leaders.

Available sponsorships include:

Table Sponsor — $250: Two event tickets, company name displayed on a guest table and recognition in the event program.

Dessert Sponsor — $500: Two event tickets and two drink tickets, company logo displayed at the dessert area, social media recognition and recognition in the event program.

Drink Sponsor — $750: Four event tickets and eight drink tickets, prominent company logo display at the bar, social media recognition, special acknowledgment during the event and recognition in the event program.

Sponsorships are subject to availability, and tickets are included only where specified.

CDBIA encourages members and business partners to participate in this special evening, celebrate the achievements of their fellow industry professionals and help welcome the association’s 2027 leadership team.
