Reverse Job Fair- Business Registration

Description

CDBIA Members are welcome to register for the Reverse Job Fair.

This job fair will respect your time. Once you have completed your speaking engagement you can leave- hopefully with resumes in your hand!

This job fair, you will have up to 5 minutes to explain your company, the positions you are hiring for and any benefits of why someone should come work for you. You are welcome to speak about any job openings you may have to potential employees. 

After you are done speaking, you can collect resumes from job seekers that are interested in the jobs you have available.

You will have the opportunity of walking away with resumes to contact people new employees or hire them on the spot! You are welcome to hire people on the spot, set up additional interviews or meet anyone one on one afterwards.

Recommendations of what you can speak about:

Your name
Speak about your company
Speak about the position(s) you are hiring for
Pay, benefits, sign on bonuses
What tools or certification they may need.
Anything else you would like to add.
We will be inviting high school students, and the community.

If we create enough interest, we will look at hosting this event monthly
